Chief Business Officer

Ray Jordt is our Chief Business Officer. He has close to 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry including roles in R&D, finance, and corporate development. Ray previously served as the Chief Business Officer of Altimmune and was also the Head of Transactions – Pain, International, and Manufacturing for Eli Lilly and Company. He has led numerous types of transactions across all stages of development covering numerous therapeutic areas. His transactions have ultimately led to five approved products. He has also outlicensed and divested various assets which secured over $1.5 billion in upfront payments alone. Mr. Jordt received an M.B.A. from Indiana University, his M.S. in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Memphis, and his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
